The Timeline

The 2026 Famtastic Awards are ready to rock, landing at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford on 30 October. Save the date—this is one night you won’t want to miss.

Entries open 5 February and stay free to enter until 17 July. Miss that window and you can still jump in for £25 per entry (paid to charity) right up until the final curtain call on 30 July — so no excuses, just roll with it.

Judging kicks off in August, with our finalists revealed on 1 September, before taking centre stage at the awards ceremony the following month.

Right here, you’ll find everything you need to get involved: the entry form, ticket bookings, and the sponsorship pack. All roads lead to one epic night—make sure you’re part of it. 🎸✨

The Famtastic Awards are judged by you, so you shape the results with a transparent and very fair process that enables buyers to judge suppliers, and suppliers to judge buyers and agents. As our judges can only score those venues that they actually know and book, it's a straightforward process that doesn't allow for canvassing or discriminate against entrants who don't have judge marketing budgets. And, the more judges we have on either side, the more representative the results, so if you fancy being a part of the process this year, please let us know, you would be very welcome! The Event & Booking Options

This year's awards are being held on Friday 30 October 2026, at Cedar Court Hotel Bradford. We're shaking things up a little this year with some small workshops in the morning, about topics and subjects that actually matter to event professionals, followed by a networking lunch, and then a fun afternoon of speed dating and engagement.

It's then time to get your (handbags and) gladrags on for the drinks reception, dinner and awards with entertainment - and our Britpop theme for 2026.

We have a range of flexible booking options designed to suit you and your budget, so let us know what works best!
